STEP 1: SELECT YOUR MEALS

Click on the 'Order' tab and add as many meals as you'd like for the week. All orders placed under the same transaction will be delivered together on the selected date.

WEEK SELECTION

Be on the look out for our weekly menu as it changes every week! Your meal selections are based on the delivery date.

NourishingFoodz is not reliable for incorrectly placed orders, and do not offer refunds.

STEP 2: SELECT DELIVERY DATE

  • A minimum of 3 days is required prior to delivery date. You will find the delivery dates available once you click on a specific meal. Each meal is only available on certain delivery dates. If you do not like the menu for the week, you can simply skip and wait for the following week as our menu changes weekly.

       Cut off day for Sunday delivery is every Thursday at 1pm.

  • Meal deliveries are every Sunday between 2pm to 8pm EST, unless stated otherwise. All orders placed under the same transaction are delivered together.

STEP 3: DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR

  • Your meals are delivered either in a Kraft Bag/Box with ice packs to keep your meals cool for 3 hours. We do not use any preservatives or additives in our food so it is important that you refrigerate your meals as soon as possible. Please discard ice packs.

  • When your order is next for delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery drivers. *Your meals are delivered at your door, unless location is in an apartment, condominium, or work office building. You will need to meet the driver in the main lobby as they are not obligated to enter your building for safety and COVID-19 reasons. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are not available to collect your order within that timeframe, the driver will leave your order by your front door or with the concierge. Please inform your concierge that you are expecting a food delivery, as some concierge do not accept deliveries.​

  • Keep meals and/or drinks refrigerated once delivered in order to stay fresh and tasty.

  • For best results, reheat meals in an oven, using an oven-safe container. If you choose to reheat your meals in a microwave, simply remove the lid and you can warm it in the container it comes in. Do not reheat any sauce or salad containers.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Nourishing Foodz is not responsible once the meals and/or drinks have been delivered.

THINGS TO KNOW

DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE STRICTLY CONTACTLESS. MEALS AND/OR DRINKS WILL BE DELIVERED EITHER AT YOUR DOOR, OR CONCIERGE.

We deliver, but not limited to; Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Etobicoke, North York, Markham, GTA, etc.

​

Delivery fee varies depending on designated location.

​

Dietary restrictions/allergies must be stated prior to checkout.

​

We do not collect meal prep containers. They are reusable.

Our goal is to provide you with top-tier ingredient meals that you can enjoy and maintain your lifestyle. Our meals are ready to eat, and portioned with consistent macronutrients label with each meal (Calories, Carbohydrates, Protein & Fat). We only use healthy oils such as grapeseed oil, organic coconut oil & avocado oil. We also cater to keto, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, and gluten free clients. Our meats are always fresh and never frozen (with the exception of shrimp), and our meals are free from preservatives and canola oil.  

 

We deliver all meals every Sunday.
