STEP 1: SELECT YOUR MEALS

Option One: Choose your meal selections. Choose from our Weekly Menu Options (Lean, Holistic or Keto) updated every week, under 'Order' tab.

Please note that some meals may not be available. For custom meals or vegetarian/vegan options, please contact us.

Option Two: Chef's choice. Meal selection is populated for your based on your previous order, meal selections and/or consultation.

  • Menu options vary depending on delivery dates and ingredient availability.

HOW MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEALS CAN I SELECT?

The number of different dish options you can select depends on the number of meals you select. We offer meals in packages of 5, 10, 15 or 20 meals.

For 5 meals, you have an option of selecting between 2-3 dish options from the menu.

For 10 meals, you can select up to 4 different dishes.

For 15 meals, you can select up to 5.

For 20 meals, you can select up to 7 from both Lean and Holistic menu. Please note, you must select 'Lean & Holistic Mix' as your Meal Type.

Please Note The total number of dish selections includes Breakfast, Lean & Holistic. If you would like to add a Breakfast option to your meals, you must select accordingly and ensure that your meal selections total the number allowed for your meal options. If you would like to add more dish options for your menu, please contact us (via e-mail, direct message) and we will guide you from there, at an extra charge of $20 per extra added dish option.

WEEK SELECTION

Whichever delivery date you decide to choose, whether it's the upcoming delivery date, or way in advanced, you must select from the menu that CONTAINS your chosen delivery date.

For instance, if you decide to select the delivery date of "Sunday, January 7", you must select from the Menu dated "Monday, January 1 - Sunday, January 7". We do not offer substitutions from other menus.

If you're not fond of the current menu for the current week, please feel free to skip that week until you feel comfortable with the upcoming menus.

NourishingFoodz is not reliable for incorrect orders, and do not offer refunds.

STEP 2: SELECT DELIVERY DATE

  • A minimum of 2 days is required prior to delivery date. You can select the delivery date under the 'Order' tab once you select the number of meals you desire (5, 10, 15 or 20 meals).

       Cut off days are Mondays at 12pm for Wednesday deliveries, and Fridays at 12pm for Sunday deliveries.

  • Meal deliveries are every Sundays and Wednesdays, between 12pm (Sundays) to 9pm EST, unless stated otherwise.

       Custom, Mini Foodie, Keto and Vegetarian/Vegan meals are delivered between Monday through Friday after

       5pm.

STEP 3: DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR*

  • Your meals are delivered in a Kraft Bag with ice packs to keep the freshness. Please discard ice packs.

  • *Your meals are delivered at your door, unless location is in an apartment, condominium, or work office building. You will need to meet the driver in the main lobby as they are not obligated to enter your building for safety and COVID-19 reasons. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Time slots are available upon request, on a first come first serve basis.

  • Keep meals and/or drinks refrigerated once delivered in order to stay fresh and tasty.

  • For best results, reheat meals in an oven, using an oven-safe container.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Nourishing Foodz is not responsible once the meals and/or drinks have been delivered.

DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE STRICTLY CONTACTLESS. MEALS AND/OR DRINKS WILL BE DELIVERED EITHER AT YOUR DOOR, OR CONCIERGE.

We deliver, but not limited to; Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Hamilton, Etobicoke, North York, Markham, GTA, etc.

Delivery fee varies depending on designated location.

Dietary restrictions/allergies must be stated prior to checkout.
