WHICH MENU CAN I SELECT FROM?
Whichever delivery date you choose, whether it's for the upcoming date, or way in advanced, you must select from the menu in which the date contains your delivery date.
For instance, if you choose the delivery date of "January 7", you must select from the menu that's for the week of "Monday, January 1-Sunday, January 7". We are not reliable should you select from the wrong menu, and we do not offer refunds.
HOW MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEALS CAN I CHOOSE?
The number of different meal types depends on the total number of meals you select. For 5 meals, you can choose up to 3. For 10 meals, you can select up to 4. For 15 meals, you can select up to 5. For 20 meals, you can select up to 7 between both Lean & Holistic menu. Please note that the total number of dish type includes Breakfast (if applicable), Lean, and Holistic (if you decide to mix). This means that if you select from the Breakfast menu as well, your total number of dish types should still equal the correct allowed options.
For example, for 5 meals, you can select up to 3 different types of dishes. Your meal selections should look something like this:
"B1-2, L3-1, H2-2".
DO YOU HAVE A PICK UP LOCATION?
Currently, we are only available for deliveries. Pick-up option is not available. You can find our Shipping Fees upon Checkout where you choose based on your city. Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
WHY CHOOSE NOURISHINGFOODZ?
Nourishing Foodz is like no other- no, really! Our meals are created so that you never have to feel guilty about "buying out". Our meals are made with the freshest ingredients. Nothing from the freezer, except for the shrimp (they're a bit harder to source, that's why!). We only use grapeseed oil and avocado oil, and vegetable oil for frying. Our meals contain low sodium, no MSG (Monosodium Glutamate). We put a lot of thought into our menus, so you can experience great tasting foods, without having to worry about high calories, or high sodium intake. But the best way to really know why we're so good, is if you try us out yourself!
All Lean and Holistic orders are delivered on Wednesdays or Sundays (depending on the day you select). All other orders such as Custom Meals, Vegetarian, Mini Foodie Meals, Drinks, Juices, Milks, Shots, and/or Seamoss Jellies are available for delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or same day delivery as Lean/Holistic Orders. We do not split delivery days that are placed under the same transaction; you will receive your entire order all at once.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Between Monday through Friday, our delivery window is between 3pm-9pm. On Sundays, delivery can start as early as 2pm. You will receive a text message from the delivery driver when your order is next for delivery, and as well as when it has been dropped off at your address. The driver is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or wrong address, once the meals have been delivered. Please ensure you type in the correct address upon Checkout. The driver is also not expected to wait for more than 5 minutes, or enter any building for their safety. You must meet the driver outside.

CAN I CHOOSE FROM BOTH LEAN AND HOLISTIC MENU?
Yes, you certainly can! Please ensure to select "Lean & Holistic Mix". In addition, the number of meal choices does not change so ensure you select the right amount of options depending on the number of meals you select. For instance, if you chose 10 meals, and have the option of 2-4 different meal choices, ensure that the number of lean and holistic choices add up to 4 different meals.
HOW DO I REHEAT MEALS?
All meal containers can be heated in a microwave. Simply remove the lid. If you choose to freeze the meals, the best option for reheating is to heat the contents of your meal container into an oven-safe baking tray and reheat in an oven, toaster oven, or microwave. Make sure to remove any sauce containers or fresh salads/fruits out of the bowls before heating! It is advisable to not reheat any coleslaw or leafy salads.
HOW LONG WILL THE FOOD LAST?
We recommend that you refrigerate your meals and/or drinks as soon as you receive them. Proper refrigeration is necessary in order to preserve your meals properly. Place them in the very back of the fridge, away from the door. Meals should be consumed between 3-6 days if refrigerated for maximum freshness. Each meal has its own expiration date as fresh salads have a shorter life shelf in comparison to protein. If you do not intend on eating the meals within the first 7 days, we recommend freezing them.
ARE YOUR MEALS FRESH OR FROZEN?
All meals are prepared fresh the day before, or the day of, delivery. Upon delivery, refrigerate the meals immediately and reheat in microwave or oven when ready to be consumed. We recommend reheating for 2-5 minutes according to your preference. If you choose to freeze your meals, reheat the contents of your meal container into an oven-safe baking tray and reheat in an oven or oven toaster.
DO I RETURN THE CONTAINERS?
As of right now, we don't have a recycling program. However all of our containers are reusable and recyclable!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Not at the moment but if you'd like to order meals as a gift, select the number of meals you want to order then under the "Meal Selection" notes, please write "GIFT" and we will contact the receiver so they can select the meals.
ALLERGENS (dairy, nuts, gluten, etc.)
Though some of our meals do not contain such allergens, we are not a nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free kitchen. Though we ensure that allergens cross contaminate with other ingredients, we cannot claim as such. For more information, please contact us.
